Register for the Annual Convention online at www.kbaconvention.com Each full registration and guest registration include one admission per registrant to Sunday night Welcome Reception, Monday Reception with Exhibitors, and Wednesday evening pre-banquet reception and dinner.
Voting Delegate
By the bylaws of your Association, each bank shall be entitled to one vote on all matters coming before the Annual Convention. Please designate one of the officers or directors as your voting delegate at the time of registration.
Official Registration List
Register by August 31, 2026, to ensure that your name is included on the Official Registration List.
Cancellation Policy
A refund will be given for cancellations made on or before August 31, 2026. After August 31, no refunds will be given; however, you may transfer the registration at no additional cost.
Attire for KBA-hosted Events
Sunday evening’s Welcome Reception will be hosted on the Skyline and Mountain View Terrace and is resort casual. Monday Evening Reception with Exhibitors is business casual. KBA General Sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday are business casual. Wednesday evening’s Annual Banquet is business/cocktail attire.
Lodging at The Mayflower Hotel
Visit https://www.kbaconvention.com and click on Room Reservations to secure a special discounted rate of $309/night (+ $25/night discounted resort fee + applicable state and local tax) during our block dates of 9/18/2026-9/22/2026. Reservations by attendees must be received on or before 5:00 pm Friday, August 28, 2026, (the "Cut-Off Date"). At the Cut-Off Date, Hotel will review the reservation pick up for the Event, release the unreserved rooms for general sale, and determine whether or not it can accept reservations based on a space- and rate-available basis at the Kentucky Bankers Association group rate after this date. The Spa at The Omni Grove Park Inn
Due to overall demand, we are unable to guarantee the availability of Spa day passes or Spa treatments on any specific day. We strongly recommend guests make their Spa Treatment reservations at the time they make their room reservations, to ensure the best selection and times. Guests can book spa treatments by calling 1-800-438-5800. A confirmed room reservation is required for treatments before we can make an appointment.
The Mayflower Hotel Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be canceled or stays shortened, up to seven (7) days prior to arrival. Cancellations or shortened stays will be charged if made within seven (7) days of check-in
Resort Fee
A resort fee of $25 per room, per night, plus applicable tax for all KBA guests. The resort fee includes, but is not limited to the following:
- In-room high-speed internet access
- Entrance to the Sport Complex
- In-room coffee and tea
- Self-guided history tour of the Grove Park Inn
- On property shuttle
Parking
- Valet Parking: $40 for overnight guests and $38 for day parking
- Self Parking: $30 for overnight guests. First hour for day parking is complimentary. After that, 1-3 hours is $14, 3-6 hours is $24, and 6-24 hours is $30.
- Oversized vehicle parking is limited and will be subject to availability. Advance reservations required.
Pet Policy
Accessible and Pet rooms have limited availability; please submit these request a early as possible. There is an additional charge of $250 for reserving a pet friendly room.
