TRS keeps our customers informed with activity history and sends notifications when follow-ups are needed.

Total-Loss Payoff™ reduces the time and resources needed to settle claims, providing one centralized application for easy access and tracking of the entire payoff process. Total-Loss Payoff™ communicates directly with insurance carriers to guarantee a resolution, leading to quicker settlements and payouts. The workflow starts with the lender receiving an alert from eTitleLien®. Customers review the payoff request on their dashboard and decides to accept or reject the payoff amount. Once a generated Letter of Guarantee is signed and sent, the carrier authorizes the funds and transfers to the lender, who accepts the funds and releases the title to the carrier.
